After the completion of this training, all students must exhibit the skills in preparing the dining room/restaurant area. They should also learn how to welcome guests, as well as take food and beverage orders. In addition, they should promote food and beverage products and serve the items properly to the guests. Provide excellent room service while receiving and handling guest concerns.
